Gient systems achieve a high vacuum level of up to –0.9 bar, enabling near-complete air removal from both the chamber and the waste load. This allows a single pre-vacuum cycle to be completed within 5 minutes, ensuring high operational efficiency.

Effective air removal enables uniform steam penetration throughout the waste, delivering consistent and reliable sterilization performance, even for complex and densely packed materials.

During the vacuum phase, extracted air potentially containing pathogens is immediately exposed to high-temperature steam above 160°C, ensuring complete in-situ sterilization.

As a result, the system operates without the need for external filtration, while ensuring no release of untreated contaminants into the environment.
